DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Chase & Warren Estate Winery is working with landscape architect Victoria Drakeford to develop the 35-acre property with vineyards and gardens, walkways and view points to enhance visitors’ experience while visiting the Winery. The property is situated on a southwest-facing slope that lends itself admirably to the growing of grapes and has strikingly beautiful views of the mountains and the valley. We are planning to have a minimum of 25 acres of pinot noir, pinot gris, muscat, bacchus, gamay noir and gewurztraminer when the development is completed.
