It has inherited the flavour of Riesling and the ripeness of Sylvaner and Muller-Thurgau. It is an ideal grape for the Alberni Valley. Presented in our typical style: crisp, clean and slightly off-dry. It’s made of entirely our own grapes.

A blend of Pinot Noir and white grape varieties, this wine offers a lighter alternative to the heavier red that we offer. It is not as sweet as most blush wines and is therefore more easily paired with foods. It is smooth and distinctive and easy to drink, especially on hot summer days. A very limited release just in time for the holidays.

A light wine with aromas of apricots, peaches, mellons with a hint of coconut. Pairs well with chicken, shell fish, salads and white sauces, or even with desert! A clean, crisp and refreshing finish. Perfect sipping on a hot, summer day.
GEWURZTRAMINER ……………………………………………..$14.95
A 50/50 blend of Okanagan and our own grapes. The characteristics of the grapes from the Okanagan are complemented by those of our own. They produce a fresher, lighter more typical Gewurztraminer than wines made soley from Okanagan grapes and a more substantial, luscious, lengthier wine than wines made soley from our own grapes. We think the marriage produce a more fruity, complex and balanced wine which will enhance any Thai dish. Pairs well with spicy foods and sauces.

Very coloured, thick, peach notes. Distinctive mandarin orange nose. Earthy, mineral, slight licorice, candy smooth with peacy, musk aromas. Long subtle finish. Pairs well with white meat, seafood, fish, cheese, Greek salads and mild sauces.

No Oak! Full bodied, rich and very fruit forward. Aromas of raisons, prunes and cherries. You’ll want to put this one away in the cellar for years to come. Perfect with baked salmon, lamb, prime rib or more marbled meats, and rich red sauces.
Cabernet Sauvignon ‘08………………………………………………………$16.50
One year on oak gives this a unique flavour with aromas of black cherry and spices. A young wine ready for your cellar or tonite with a steak!
We also have a limited quantity of unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon. Same black cherry and spice aromas, just not the oak!
